Hello, my name is Johnny Mauricio Córdova, and I am sixteen; six months ago I used to live like a normal child, running, playing and studying, until I was told that I had bone cancer and I had my left leg cut. You won’t understand my surprise and suffering and I thought God had left me o perhaps He was punishing me.

Nor you won’t understand the grief my mom suffered to see me like a corpse, but I realize that I have to go on living and I must bear this illness trying to live as a normal teenager.

But dear friends, the treatment is very expensive, and I can’t afford that. That is why I beg you to help me to bear that critical situation; no matter how much are you capable to give me, which will be very important to me. Besides being poor my dad left us years ago when I was a baby and I did not meet him.

Since then, my mom has been both mother and father to me; se has to do any honest job to get something to live.

I am asking you a little help from your good will, the only thing I wish is I had my treatment completed and not to lose my other leg, instead to get an artificial limb and being able of going on studying and working to help my mom.
